More than a decade ago, I was moving through deep heartbreak and depression. I went looking for relief. What I found was a doorway back to myself.
Meditation opened something in me. I began to reconnect with my inner world, and with something greater: a sense of presence, of guidance, of the divine. From that point on, this path became a devotion.
Since then I've moved through many layers of healing and initiation, especially around finding my voice, speaking my truth and letting myself be fully seen. I've studied and practiced meditation, energy work, dreamwork and somatic awareness, learning how our inner world shapes the life we live.
But more than anything, this work is something I've lived. Unlearning, remembering, and returning to myself, again and again.
At the heart of it all, I believe we are not navigating life alone. Prayer lets us speak into our relationship with Spirit. Meditation quiets the noise so we can receive. And action is how self-trust is built, because self-trust is built through evidence: every time you listen, move and find that you can handle what comes next.
This isn't about fixing you. It's about creating room for you to hear yourself more clearly, in a way that feels safe and grounded.
We each carry parts of ourselves waiting to be seen and brought back into harmony. With compassion and curiosity, we listen to them instead of pushing them away. Healing comes from presence, not force.
